Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a closely related function.
• Experience managing complex interview scheduling with multiple calendars and stakeholders.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage rapidly changing priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling end to end, coordinating complex calendars across candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Manage reschedules and last-minute changes while proactively identifying delays or blockers and keeping processes moving.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, communicating interview logistics, timelines, travel, and next steps.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite interview logistics, including rooms, agendas, interviewer materials, facility tours, and candidate travel as needed.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate pipelines, open positions, and external job postings.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support interview debriefs, weekly hiring reporting, and a positive candidate experience.
