Job summary

Avanath is hiring a Recruiter based in San Francisco, CA for an onsite role. You will source candidates, manage requisitions, and guide candidates through offers, ensuring a compliant, confidential, end-to-end process.

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will build a strong talent pipeline, provide weekly updates, and partner with managers to define hiring criteria aligned with job descriptions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Real estate recruiting experience is preferred.
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder rapport.
• Experience using ADP HRIS and Greenhouse ATS.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through ATS and other job boards and sourcing channels.
• Open and close requisitions, generate recruiting correspondence and offers.
• Document interviews, screenings, and notes; ensure organized end-to-end process.
• Proactively source candidates to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Execute offers with HR partners including salary ranges, start dates and incentives.
• Provide weekly updates and reports on talent acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR to align recruiting with Avanath’s priorities.
• Advise candidates on Avanath benefits, salary, and culture.
