Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Experience managing job requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Experience recruiting across multiple levels including entry to management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary corporate recruiter across all departments from intake to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, ATS, networks, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens; provide evaluations to hiring managers.
• Prepare and assess recruitment materials and manage job postings.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate timelines and next steps to candidates and hiring managers.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
• Provide guidance on recruiting processes and market conditions to HR peers.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to define role requirements and provide input on candidate selection.
