Job summary

Home Health Care Services in San Antonio, TX seeks a Corporate Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for a high-volume organization. This is an in-office direct-hire role working closely with hiring managers to fill frontline through director level positions.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen and prescreen, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and build pipelines with universities and agencies to support ongoing staffing needs in healthcare services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting.
• Experience owning full lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Onsite recruitment experience preferred.
• Healthcare or human services recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting across a high-volume organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media and other channels.
• Build pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
• Review applications and conduct prescreens.
• Coordinate interviews and liaise between candidates and managers.
• Manage communication and follow-up throughout the process.
• Prepare offers and coordinate starts.
• Tailor postings as needs evolve.
• Develop relationships with universities, agencies, and community orgs.
