Job summary

Home Health Care Services is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting in an in-office setting in San Antonio, TX. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies for high-volume roles, from frontline to management levels.

Source candidates through multiple channels, prescreen and coordinate interviews, extend offers, and track metrics while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience managing high volume recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer.
• Comfort recruiting across multiple levels and functions, with strong sourcing beyond inbound applications.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and maintaining clear candidate communication.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management or related field preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media and other channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and high volume hiring needs.
• Review applications and resumes and conduct candidate prescreens.
• Coordinate interviews and act as liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and extend employment offers and coordinate start dates.
• Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment regulations.
