Atoms in San Francisco seeks a recruiting coordination professional to own the on-site candidate experience, schedule multi-stakeholder interviews across time zones, and manage travel logistics.

This full-time role supports collaboration across Recruiting, Workplace, Travel, IT, and vendors to ensure a smooth, high-touch process from first contact to offer. You’ll build scalable processes and SOPs as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or events.
• Experience managing candidate travel and on-site logistics.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or GoodTime.
• Strong judgment and composure troubleshooting escalations.
• Proven ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable representing the company to candidates and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end on-site candidate experience and interviews.
• Schedule multi-stakeholder interviews across time zones.
• Manage candidate travel, lodging, and day-of logistics.
• Plan and execute recruiting events and candidate engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Workplace, Travel, IT, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintain data hygiene in Greenhouse and GoodTime; fix inconsistencies.
