Summit in South Bend, IN is seeking an experienced cook supervisor to coordinate and supervise the work of employees in a corrections kitchen, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will train staff in food service and sanitation, ensure meals begin on time, and maintain quality in portion, appearance, and temperature. This role focuses on leadership within a correctional food program.

Qualifications
