Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for a correctional facility kitchen in Jamestown, ND. In this role you will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will instruct and train employees in food service and sanitation, ensuring meals start on time and meet quality expectations with proper portions and temperatures.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume setting with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team and providing guidance to staff.
• Strong customer service mindset and helpful, friendly demeanor.
