Job summary

AppleOne seeks a Construction Project Coordinator for a full-time, onsite role in Vista, CA, supporting a busy Project Management team with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up for residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to grow into a Project Manager. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage files, use Moraware for scheduling and document tracking, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, or related support experience.
• Construction industry experience, residential/commercial environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear, professional communication with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers on active construction projects.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, materials, project documentation, punch-lists, and customer service requests.
• Communicate with homeowners, contractors, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical project files, including contracts and related documents.
• Use Moraware for scheduling, document management, and project tracking.
• Follow up with stakeholders to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
