Qualifications

• Illinois CAM license is required.
• Condominium management experience is preferred.
• Administrative, customer service and supervisory experience are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service relationship with the Condominium Board, Staff, Residents/Owners, and Vendors.
• Budget Preparation.
• Be familiar with monthly financial reports, and be able to analyze and report status.
• Forecast and track all operating and capital expenses.
• Track income and assessment collections.
• Use enhanced property management software and systems for reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of property management documents and operate the property accordingly.
• Supervise staff with training and delegation of tasks.
• Address complaints and problem solving.
• Inspect the property to ensure it is maintained to residents' expectations.
