Qualifications

• Illinois Community Association Management License is required.
• Condominium or condominium association management experience.
• Administrative, customer service, and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide management services to a condominium association in Chicago, handling operational and financial responsibilities.
• Answer resident questions, oversee vendors, respond to maintenance requests, and attend board meetings.
• Prepare budgets, analyze monthly financial reports, and forecast expenses.
• Track income and assessments, and report on status.
• Supervise staff and ensure property is maintained per expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois Condominium Act, bylaws, and rules.
