Job summary

The Building Group is seeking an experienced, licensed Community Association Manager to lead the onsite management of a premier 130-unit condominium in Chicago's Gold Coast/Streeterville. This single-site assignment offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with the Board, residents, and staff while taking ownership of operations and long-term stewardship.

Qualifications

Current Illinois Community Association Manager License — required.
Demonstrated condominium/community association management experience.
Strong understanding of association financial statements, budgeting and capital planning.
Experience supervising building staff, vendors and capital projects.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight of the Association's operations, including Board and resident relations; annual budget preparation and financial reporting; operating and capital forecasting; capital projects; staff supervision and development; vendor performance.
Coordinate property inspections and maintenance; oversee assessment collections and emergency procedures; ensure compliance with governing documents and Illinois requirements.
Identify issues, develop recommendations and present solutions to the Board, rather than simply administering day-to-day tasks.
