Job summary

The Building Group is seeking an Onsite Community Manager to oversee a condominium association in Chicago, IL. You will handle all operational and financial aspects, engage with the Board, staff, residents and vendors, and ensure compliant property management in accordance with governing documents.

Ideal candidates bring condominium management experience, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office; a CAM license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Illinois Community Association Management License required.
• Condominium experience preferred.
• Administrative, customer service and supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide management services to condominium association including answering resident questions and coordinating maintenance requests.
• Oversee vendors and service providers and attend board meetings.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports; forecast and track operating and capital expenses.
• Supervise capital projects and track income and assessment collections.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois Condominium Act and governing documents.
• Inspect property and maintain standards; handle emergencies and staff training.
