The Building Group, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Community Manager to oversee a condo association on North Sheridan Road in Chicago. You will manage operational and financial aspects, respond to resident questions, coordinate maintenance, and report to the Condominium Board.

Qualifications

• Illinois Community Association Management License is required.
• Condominium experience.
• Administrative, customer service and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Condominium Board of Directors, Staff, Residents/Owners, and Vendors.
• Budget Preparation and financial tracking.
• Be familiar with monthly financial reports and analyze/report status.
• Forecast and track operating and capital expenses.
• Track income and assessment collections.
• Use enhanced property management software and systems for reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of Illinois Condominium Act, municipal laws, and governing documents.
• Supervising staff with training and delegation of tasks.
• Addressing complaints and problem solving.
• Inspect the property to ensure it is maintained per resident expectations.
