Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Director with daily financial operations and reporting.
• Process rent collection, invoices, and payments; assist with bank deposits.
• Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports; reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate with residents and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely service.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals.
• Supervise on-site activities in the absence of the Community Manager.
