Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, fees, and other payments and posts to the accounting system.
• Reviews vendor invoices, codes charges, and coordinates with accounting and owner.
• Enters approved bills into the property accounting system and scans invoices.
• Reviews resident accounts for delinquencies, communicates balances, and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assists on-site supervision and coordinates maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
