• Collects and posts rent, fees, and other payments and prepares daily bank deposits.
• Reviews and processes vendor invoices for payment and coordinates with accounting.
• Maintains resident files and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assists on‑site supervision and coordinates maintenance and make‑ready tasks.
• Supports leasing and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Provides timely responses to resident questions and service requests.
