Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support the Community Director in managing financial and operational aspects of the community. You will handle rent collection, invoicing, banking, and reporting within the property management system while coordinating with the accounting team.

You will also supervise on-site activities in the absence of the Community Manager, engage with residents, and assist leasing activities to drive occupancy and revenue, ensuring adherence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years in multifamily industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret financial records.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Processes daily rent and payment transactions and posts to the property system.
• Reconciles and reviews invoices with accounting and owners.
• Enters approved bills into the accounting system and scans documents.
• Monitors delinencies and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assists on-site supervision and coordinates maintenance tasks.
• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to meet revenue goals.
