Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations of our housing community on site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, staff, and risk management to maximize occupancy and NOI.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, marketing, resident relations, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and safety standards. A candidate with CAM/ARM and housing industry experience is preferred; a diploma is required or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Four years housing industry experience or 1–2 years related training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and supervise staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices.
• Manage leasing, resident relations, and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and safety standards.
• Lead emergency response and maintain property appearance.
