Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing industry experience).
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff in leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and revenue & cost control strategies.
• Coordinate leasing activities, marketing plans, and resident retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety standards, and Fair Housing requirements.
