Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration to maximize NOI while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years in housing. CAM/ARM is preferred; on-site work is required with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in housing industry, or equivalent.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Lead leasing, show units, sign leases, and manage resident retention programs.
• Head emergency response for the property and ensure safety and compliance.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in housing industry

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
