Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager to lead a housing community under Regional supervision. You will oversee personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management while ensuring policy compliance and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, budgeting, marketing plans, and timely reporting. Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and property management software is required; CAM/ARM credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Lead on-site teams across leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and Fair Housing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management and daily on-site operations.
• Manage leasing, marketing plans, and resident relations.
• Monitor financials: deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
