Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration under the Regional Manager, ensuring compliance with safety, fair housing, and company policies.

Experience in affordable housing and CAM/ARM is preferred. You will develop yearly operating budgets, marketing plans, resident retention programs, and lead emergency responses while maintaining high resident satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years experience in housing.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop marketing plans, leasing strategies, and resident retention programs.
• Lead emergency response and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
• Monitor vendor invoices, deposits, rent collections, and financial reports.
