Job summary

Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Community Manager to supervise the on-site operations of a housing community under regional direction. You will lead staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred or 4 years housing experience), CAM or ARM preferred, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred or 4 years housing experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Supervise on-site staff to ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial reports.
• Strategic Leasing Management and Develop yearly marketing plans; drive resident retention.
