Job summary

Asset Living is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations, rent collection, and staff supervision under the Community Manager. You will manage finances, compliance with fair housing and safety guidelines, and maintain property performance.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or higher, basic computer skills, and housing industry exposure. The role requires strong customer service and leadership abilities with onsite presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge required.
• Housing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately and timely.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable.
• Monitor bad debt and send late notices; assist evictions as needed.
• Help ensure budgeted revenues, expenses and NOI.
• Handle end-of-month closing procedures and reporting.
• Maintain organized records and audit resident files.
• Walk units and post move-out charges and security deposits.
• Supervise onsite staff and enforce company policies.
