Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration, ensuring adherence to policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, marketing planning, and the ability to manage resident relations, move-ins, and service responses.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee on-site operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Manage resident relations, leasing, and move-ins while maintaining high service standards.
