Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a housing community on-site, under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage budgeting, leasing, maintenance, and compliance, and ensure high resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, strategic leasing, and coordinating marketing efforts while maintaining cost controls and timely reporting. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite housing community operations under Regional Manager.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, and risk/compliance.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices.
• Lead emergency response and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Plan marketing and resident retention programs.
