Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

You will lead on-site staff, screen and train personnel, manage budgets and leasing strategies, and implement resident retention programs while coordinating with HR and senior management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
