Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a results-driven Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will lead staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administrative duties while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

This role requires hands-on leadership, budget planning, resident relations, and emergency response coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and property management software knowledge.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and on-site staff.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop staff.
• Manage leasing, budgeting, and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fair housing, and company policies.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to complaints.
