Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financials while ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

The role requires on-site leadership, effective cost control, and active resident relations to maximize NOI and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred or 4 years housing exp.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to use on-site property management software; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and staff under Regional Manager.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Monitor budgets, occupancy, maintenance, and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Plan marketing, leasing and resident retention strategies.
• Respond to resident complaints and maintain service levels.
• Lead emergency response and supervise on-site team.
