Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and administration, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include developing annual operating budgets, monitoring rent collections, optimizing marketing and leasing strategies, handling resident concerns, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service while

Qualifications

• On-site leadership and staff supervision required.
• Ability to manage budgets, leasing, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA basics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community on site.
• Supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead resident relations and leasing, including showings and move-ins.
• Head emergency response and on-call coverage.
• Monitor vendor invoices and financial reporting.
