Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection monitoring, vendor invoice coding, and implementing resident retention programs. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and software familiarity.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop budgets, monitor rent collection and vendor invoices.
• Lead marketing and resident retention efforts.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high customer service standards.
• Direct emergency responses and property upkeep.
• Supervise staff scheduling and performance management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Four years experience in housing industry

Basic computer skills

Fair Housing Laws knowledge
