Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to supervise all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will oversee personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Regular attendance is required; you will lead staff, develop budgets, monitor rents and deposits, and drive resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• On-site community operations management experience.
• Experience with leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of housing community on-site.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Prepare budgets and monitor deposits, rent collections, and charges.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and safety guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and vendor coordination.
• Maintain property appearance and coordinate repairs.
