Job summary

Asset Living seeks an on-site Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, administration, and risk management.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing and OSHA requirements, and drive resident satisfaction while protecting NOI and implementing marketing plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under supervision of Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, screen/hire/train, and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financials.
