Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management under the Regional Manager’s guidance.

As on-site leader, you'll manage staff, ensure policies and safety standards are followed, and develop budgets, marketing plans, and resident relations to drive performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• On-site software proficiency and everyday PC use.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is required.
• OSHA requirements understanding is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community under regional guidance.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, finance, admin and risk management.
• Lead staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor operating performance.
