Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years in housing.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housing community operations on-site under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor rent collections and deposits.
• Lead leasing efforts, marketing plans, and resident retention programs.
• Respond to resident complaints and coordinate emergency responses.
