Job summary

Asset Living seeks a proactive Community Manager to oversee housing communities on-site under Regional Manager guidance. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise staff, implement cost controls, monitor rent collections, and drive resident satisfaction through effective leasing and retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or four years of housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification is preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff per company directives.
• Monitor budgets, leasing, maintenance, and risk management on site.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response for the property and coordinate with staff and residents.
