Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to supervise all operations for a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will lead on-site staff, oversee leasing, maintenance, and financial controls, and ensure safety and fair housing compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and resident relations skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction and revenue optimization. On-site duties and emergency readiness are essential components of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years in housing.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Develop budgets, monitor deposits and rent collections, and ensure compliance with policies.
