Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration and risk management, ensuring compliance and high service quality.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff, develop budgets, monitor rents, and implement resident retention and marketing plans while maintaining safety and fair housing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to use on-site property management software; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site.
• Supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts; monitor deposits and rent collections.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and on-site staff in emergencies while ensuring service quality.
