Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee an entire housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will lead on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, administration and risk controls, while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, budget planning, marketing plans, and resident relations to achieve optimal occupancy and NOI.

Qualifications

• On-site operations leadership overseeing personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration and risk management.
• Strong supervision and staff development abilities expected.
• Experience in property management and real estate processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular on-site presence as required.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff following company directives.
• Monitor and improve staff performance through coaching and documentation.
• Create weekly/daily staff schedules for office and maintenance.
• Address performance issues with HR and management.
• Drive revenue and cost control to maximize net operating income.
• Develop annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee rent collection, deposits, and vendor invoicing.
