Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, and risk, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As an on-site leader, you will supervise staff to deliver excellent resident service, implement leasing strategies, and maintain property performance while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff under Regional Manager supervision.

Formation
