Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, admin, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policy and fair housing laws.

As an on-site leader, you will develop annual operating budgets, marketing plans, and resident retention programs, striving to maximize NOI and ensure exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related housing experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager.
• Schedule staff, monitor leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Lead staff training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop operating budgets and marketing plans; drive NOI and leasing performance.
• Handle resident relations, complaints, and retention programs.
• Manage vendor relations, deposits, rent collections, and invoices.
