Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee the full operations of a housing community under regional supervision. You will manage leasing, maintenance, finances, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with safety, fair housing, and company policy.

You will lead staff, develop annual budgets and marketing plans, handle resident concerns, and respond to emergencies to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and NOI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is essential.
• Ability to operate on-site property management software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration, and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans; ensure leasing goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.
• Handle resident concerns, tenant relations, and on-site emergencies efficiently.
