Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under regional supervision. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise staff, execute marketing and leasing plans, balance operating budgets, and address resident concerns while maintaining high service levels and property standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management and staff development.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and leasing strategies.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial reporting.
• Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
