Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and resident relations to maximize community performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; CAM/ARM preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial, admin & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop weekly schedules and manage vendor relations and reporting.
