Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires regular on-site presence, staff development, and strong budgeting skills. A CAM/ARM certification is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and a comprehensive total

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of on-site software are required; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Supervise all property operations and staff to ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts; monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor payments.
• Head emergency response and manage property-related incidents; ensure timely reporting and communication with HR and management.
