Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing activities, and ensure compliance with fair housing and company policies while coordinating with the Regional Manager.

You will handle budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations, striving for high occupancy, smooth operations, and excellent customer service. A strong background in affordable housing and CAM/ARM credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs (e.g., LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, PRAC, HOME Funds).
• Affordable Housing Accreditation (HCCP, HCP-E, COS, BOS, TCS, CPO) or other applicable designations preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community onsite under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise staff performance and conduct regular training to meet Asset policies.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, monitor rent collections, and produce financial reports.
