Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager to lead the operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, and administration to ensure top service and compliance with program guidelines.

The role requires experience with affordable housing programs and solid budgeting, staffing, and customer service skills. A CAM/ARM designation is preferred, with full-time, on-site duties and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.).
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• On-site software proficiency and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administration to ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor rent collections and reporting.
