Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise all aspects including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices.
• Ensure property compliance with Asset policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency team for the property and respond to emergencies.

Education
