Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions at a housing community. You will supervise onsite staff, support leasing activities, and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will manage rent collection, budgeting support, vendor coordination, and resident relations while maintaining property appearance and safety standards to maximize occupancy and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Must understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is necessary.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities are essential for onsite staff supervision.
